Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Returning items to us
Your item must be in its original packaging, in an unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

3. Please include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
4. Most refunds are refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
Items can only be returned if they are unopened in the original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, tags attached, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but return shipping costs will still be payable.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors outside of our control. Royal Mail shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
We aim to despatch all goods from our Shop within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. Occasionally at exceptionally busy times this may take a little longer. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time delivery.
Swap out items
We will swap out any harness parts free of charge all we ask is you pay £5.00 towards postage and handling costs plus any price differential. Your statutory rights are not affected.
